Wheel and pinch dolly speed; touchpadDollyScale multiplies it for a touchpad, and coarsePointerDollyScale on a coarse pointer. 0 turns the shopper's dolly off (wheel, pinch and touchpad); view writes (set, fit, views.go) and a resize's maxDistanceFit clamp (spec section 5.6) still change the distance. While the dolly is off, the runtime leaves a wheel event over the element alone (no preventDefault), so the browser's default, a page scroll, runs, as with 1.x's enableZoom: false; while it is on, the runtime takes the wheel. In 'orbit' mode at 0, a two-finger touch orbits, as in 1.x.
