ts
'drag:end': {
  readonly part: Part<CommitOptions>;
  readonly pose: Pose;
  readonly moved: boolean;
  readonly reason: 'released' | 'cancelled' | 'other';
  readonly cause: Cause | null;
  readonly op: OpId | null;
};

pose is the last constrained world pose. op is the commit: 'runtime' commit's operation, assigned at release (spec section 6.1, O2a); null when the drag makes no runtime commit (commit: 'app'). cause is that commit's when it applied before this dispatch, else null: one still queued behind an earlier write reports itself by its state events and the feed entry whose cause.op is op (cause.kind 'input'), or by 'sync-failed' with that op and the unit's node (spec section 6.4); an equal drop records neither (O15). A lost capture is 'cancelled'.

Generic-API test (spec 3.1)

Rule Result
1. Neutral name pass: drag:end names no product
2. A precedent pass: Babylon.js PointerDragBehavior (startDrag, onDragObservable, validateDrag) (row G1); jQuery UI draggable (drag, revert) (row G1)
3. Two apps, or labs pass: 22 apps (ledger: app-04c2774145, app-37356bf09f, app-4762caacdc, app-fc07850558, app-fc306ec3dc; fleet cross-check: app-04c2774145, app-0c773a4ee3, app-37356bf09f, app-378d190f1b, app-4762caacdc, app-4fd23bc869, app-822bb9d6aa, app-8675b3225c and 13 more)
4. The cheaper fix first decided per need in Appendix B: rows G1, K47 at tier labs, stable (a member only where no rule, data, asset or app code serves the need)
