scale: Point3;1 on each axis is the authored size. Missing or null on input reads as 1 per axis; outputs
always carry it. A stored 0 is drawn as given (a flat node), as 1.x draws it, so an old save
still loads, and validate('configurator', doc) passes it; an applyPatch operation on
/model/node/{id}/scale with a 0 or non-finite component rejects HoloInputError
'invalid-input', as PoseInput.scale does.
