For 'asset-failed' and 'asset-degraded': what failed. A texture of a stored MaterialNode names that MaterialNode in node. A stage layer's environment.url is 'environment' and its background panorama 'texture'; each slot that fails is its own Problem, when both name one URL too (spec section 6.4).
