For 'asset-failed' and 'asset-degraded': what failed. A texture of a stored MaterialNode names that MaterialNode in [`node`](Problem.node.md). A stage layer's `environment.url` is 'environment' and its `background` panorama 'texture'; each slot that fails is its own Problem, when both name one URL too (spec section 6.4).
