True while a matched model, or a queued scene write the query may match, still loads; the write applies once it lands. Always false for a write that takes no query. A queued scene write is a queued write that can add parts: [`setSceneModel`](Writer.setSceneModel.md), [`applyPatch`](Writer.applyPatch.md), [`select`](Writer.select.md), `undo`, [`redo`](Session.redo.md), [`Collection.set`](Collection.set.md), [`apply`](Writer.apply.md) with `collections`, or a queued or open [`transaction`](Session.transaction.md); a pending [`Collection.load`](Collection.load.md) counts too, and so does a scene write staged earlier in the same transaction.
