The element's size, CSS px. [`camera.state`](Camera.state.md), `project`, `ray`, `pointer` and a capture's
default size read it; the camera starts at `{ target: { x: 0, y: 0, z: 0 }, azimuthDeg: 0,
polarDeg: 60, distance: 5 }` with the default lens, and camera writes and documents move it
as in the runtime (spec section 9.4).

**Default:** { width: 800, height: 600 }
