A preferred asset failed to fetch, decrypt or parse and a fallback was drawn instead: a `.holo`'s plain twin (`url` the `.holo`, spec section 8.5), or `glbUrl` after `optGlbUrl` failed (`url` the `optGlbUrl`, spec section 6.4).
