ts
horizontalFovDeg?: number;

Wins over fovDeg when both are set; holds across resizes, so the vertical field of view follows the aspect, as 1.x. The default 60 holds except for fitted framing (spec 5.6): a fit on a portrait element (narrower than tall) frames at 45° vertical at most, so a fitted product shows larger and straighter on a phone, and until the next set or views.go the default lens never frames narrower across than that fit did, so a phone turn keeps a product fitted in landscape whole. A stored, default or named view keeps 1.x's 60°, and a layer or call that sets horizontalFovDeg keeps it uncapped.

Default: the document's, else 60 (1.x's live field of view, viewer/types.ts:758), at most 45° vertical on a portrait element at a fit

Generic-API test (spec 3.1)
